“Poetry is what I do and a part of who I am” explains Paul Andrew, multitalented poet, songwriter, educator, and motivator. Poetry is my freedom, my passion, and my expression, but more importantly it is my way of sharing the gift that God has given me to the world. That expression is evident in Paul’s three published offerings: Journey Through My Journal, In Love, and Newly Released Sounding Off.

The artist’s motivating, and honest take on life, love, and freedom rings true in everything that he writes. PAUL’S love of poetry started with hearing the poetry of Nikki Giovanni,  Maya Angelou, Langston Hughes, Imamu Amiri Baraka, and other Famous Contemporary Poets.

There have been many testimonies to the power of the spoken word written by PAUL. Paul credits all of the gifts and talents that he has to God. “Without God I am nothing, capable of nothing, and can accomplish nothing” he says.
